一、简介

研究室致力于以重要微生物系统代谢改造与优化、复杂微生物群落酿造机理认识与功能调控为抓手,解决饮食与健康的关键共性问题。主要研究方向包括:重要医药化学品生物合成与绿色制造、营养化学品功能评价与产品开发、药食用真菌物质解析与发酵制备,以及酿造微生物群落功能优化与调控。研究室现有教师14名,其中教授2名,副教授9名,实验师3名。近年来,先后承担20余项包括973863、国家自然科学基金、国家重大新药创制专项、国家支撑(攻关)计划等国家级项目;与国内20余家科研与企业单位建立了长期合作关系,获得50余项地方或企业项目资助;在国内外发表研究论文320余篇,申请国家发明专利145项,其中授权60项;鉴定或验收10余项科研成果,获国家及省部级科技成果奖6项。
